SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
For any and all purchases, shipping is added to the summary price at checkout. Shipping is based on the size and weight of the product as well as the location. Signs will only be shipped in the United States of America, excluding Hawaii and Alaska for the time being.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event that a sign is damaged or you are unsatisfied with the product, there is a 30-day return option. To return a product, simply notify us with the order number and we can help in the shipping process. A return can either be exchanged in the form of a replacement or product with the same value, or refunded. Please note that for custom projects, 50% of the total amount on a project will not be refunded unless the order is damaged or otherwise discussed. No products may be returned after a 30-day period.
