By purchasing a Circle H Projects product, you agree for the design and final product to be used as advertisement. No personal information or purchase information will be shared in the process of advertising unless otherwise approved by the customer
FRAUD
During any and all transactions, if credit card and debit card fraud is reported, Circle H will send all transaction information to local, state, and federal agencies to deal with appropriately.
FALSE DISTRIBUTION
Circle H Projects operates only from this website, linked social media accounts, and in-person events with myself or a representative present. Any other companies or individuals selling products under Circle H Projects outside of this platform are not related unless given permission and should be reported to Circle H Projects.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
Any and all information ever provided to Circle H is kept secure and safe to make sure no one has your information as we respect your privacy. We do not share or sell any information with third-party companies. Any information given is used strictly for transactions and is SSL protected.
RETURNS
Any purchase through Circle H Projects may be returned within a 30-Day time period. However, custom orders will only receive a 50% money back return unless communicated otherwise due to personalized designs. Circle H is not responsible for the return fees and/or delivery of a product
SERVICE REFUSAL
Circle H Projects has the right to refuse service to any and all possible customers for any reason. Any custom project reflecting vulgar language, offensive context, or anything that goes against the personal judgement and morals of Circle H will automatically be declined. Customers who contest with Circle H, argue, refuse to pay, etc., will not receive service, and if need be, legal can get involved. Please be respectful toward us, and we'll be respectful to you.
WARRANTY
Any and all Circle H Projects are automatically provided with a 1 year warranty. If a project is damaged, marked up, cracked, etc., Circle H Projects may be able to provide repair services to an order. Any circumstance that relates to purposeful damage, careless actions, or any other unorthodox reason for repair may void the warranty.
